How to download from Threads?

  1. Copy the link to the Threads post — Share → Copy link, or the page address in your browser.
  2. Paste the link into the field at the top of the page and click “Download”.
  3. Check the title and preview, then choose a quality, “MP3 audio” or a photo.
  4. Wait while the file is prepared — progress is shown below the buttons.
  5. The file will be saved to your browser’s Downloads folder.

How to download a Threads video on your phone

  1. Under the post in the Threads app, tap Share and choose Copy link.
  2. Open meridianload.net in your browser and paste the link into the field.
  3. Choose what to save: a video in MP4, a photo in JPG or the sound in MP3.
  4. The file will appear in Downloads. On iPhone, open it in the Files app and tap Share → Save Video to add it to Photos.

Posts with several photos and videos

A single Threads post can contain several photos and videos. The service shows each item of such a carousel as a separate card — save only the ones you need or all of them one by one. In the Telegram bot @MeridianDownBot the whole carousel arrives as one album.

Threads and Instagram

Threads is linked to Instagram accounts, but their links are different. This page works with threads.com and threads.net links, while videos and Reels from Instagram itself are easier to download on the Download videos from Instagram page.
